Current Bath Essentials

September Bath Essentials

Wotcha ladies! In less than three months, it's going to be Christmas but the weather still feel like it's summer! Gahd. Our antique AC can only do so much to relieve the heat hence I have resorted to taking a shower at least three times a day!
With that being said, I'd like to share with you my current bath essentials. This should have been posted two weeks ago but then I got sick. So here goes...

Palmolive Naturals Anti-Hair Fall Shampoo and Conditioner (Php 95/ 180ml)

This I got from Sampleroom last month. Since my treated hair no longer requires a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, I used this instead. Although hair fall is not my primary concern with my hair, I must say that it did lessen the amount of hair fall. I know coz I check the comb and brush that I use, even the sink after I took my bath!

I would have given this a five star but then after three weeks of using it, my scalp started itching and yes, dandruff it is! But aside from that, my hair feels softer and smoother.

Mestiza soap (Php 53/ 120g bar)

I am loving this soap, really! It is very affordable yet effective. It helps in keeping your skin clean and fair but doesn't sting even when you leave it on your skin for five minutes.

Olay Deep Moisture with Honey Body Wash (Php105/ 200ml; P199/ 400ml)

I adore this body wash! I felt clean after using it but at the same time, my skin was smooth and soft. Great in moisturising without the slimy feeling that I get with other body wash. Also, it smells great!

A Bonne White C Salt (Php 56/ 350g pack)

This is my second pack which is a proof that this is a great and cheaper alternative to expensive scrubs in the market. This, I only use thrice a week which means that a pack would last me another month. Click for a more detailed review of this product.

The weather has been very unpredictable as of late (scorching hot in the am and then raining come evening) and it is taking a toll on us too. So, I would love to hear what products you're using to keep your skin clean and fresh during these days. Any recommendations or tips, perhaps?

Thanks for dropping by! Cheers!

Wotcha ladies! This one is long overdue and the product is not new in the market BUT I felt I needed to share with you this amazing whitening soap. This wouldn't cost you more than a hundred pesos which makes it all the more wonderful, right?

Introducing, the newly improved Renew Placenta Herbal Beauty Soap! This one's so common, you've probably seen them in the grocery store a hundred of times now. Ingredients:  High-grade coconut oil, Glycerin, Sodium Cocoate, Sodium palmitate, Cocodiethanolamide & Placenta extract.

Would you believe that this 135g bar only costs PhP 85? There's a smaller bar that's sold at PhP 55, too! I was amazed when I saw the price tag so I got one for myself and my mom.

I cut the bar in half - not only to avoid it from melting but to save it from my youngest brother. Hilig din nya gamitin …

BN Extreme Whitening Soap Review

In my search for whitening products that are affordable yet effective, I have come across BN Whitening Shoppe. BN stands for the owner's name, Bianca Naranjo who is from Davao City. I have read numerous reviews about their products (especially from Female Network where it has its own thread) and most revs was how effective their whitening soap is. Luckily I need not to order from Davao since they have already opened their branch in Farmer's Plaza Cubao! Even luckier because when I bought my first two soaps, they were on sale. I got 15% discount hence the price was down to Php 153 from the regular price of Php 180 per 220g bar.
