My Blossoming Green Tea Affair

I love coffee. So much. Aside from the fact that I needed it to keep me awake while working the graveyard shift, my day won't ever be complete without a cup of coffee. Lately I don't get that much sleep then I noticed that I palpitate whenever I drink coffee. Be it an instant mix or from a café, I'd soon have a hard time breathing and concentrating.

I consulted a doctor one time and was advised to get more rest, drink some supplements and lessen my caffeine intake! Say what now?! (O_O) It was hard. But after two weeks, I am starting to live with  and love it. I do have another favourite now, though. Since I have to drink something hot when I'm working (I think it's just psychological now, really) I have resorted to green tea.

I first thought of purchasing Twinings but then it's not available in my suki'ng grocery so I bought Lipton instead. It is affordable as it only costs Php 80/ box of 10 teabags. I drink one cup every night and I immediately noticed that …

Zalora Philippines Online Shopping

I am not really new with online shopping as I am logged in to the computer almost 12 hours a day, seven days a week and I always see different ads especially when I'm logged in to my Facebook account. One of the tons of advertisements I frequently see is Zalora Philippines.

Just a brief background about Zalora- they're an online store that offers almost everything to suit your fashion needs. Clothes, shoes, bags, beauty products and tools, and accessories. They do have free shipping for orders Php 1000 and above and the best and my most fave part is that they offer not only Paypal payment but cash on delivery too!** From time to time, I also get coupons which I have not, unfortunately, taken advantage of yet. Soon, maybe. LOL.

Anyway, my first order with them was when I purchased some soaps and body scrubs. I placed the order at 6 in the morning and had it delivered in Bulacan. I thought it would take up to 5-7 business days before I receive it but lo and behold, I received it o…

My Last Song Syndrome: Alice Cooper's I Never Cry

Video courtesy of

**I just have to share this one. This has been boiling inside me for weeks now!**

Filipinos are music lovers. I am one even if 95% of the time, I won't be able to hit the right note, I still sing my heart and my soul out. LOL. =D

Anyhow, is it just me or has it ever happened to you that your LSS lasted for more than three weeks?? Coz I've been hearing Alice Cooper's voice singing 'I Never Cry' for like a gazillion times now. ♪ ♫ ♪ I even started following @RealAliceCooperon Twitter!

If anyone of you has seen the local Philippine TV show 'Your Face Sounds Familiar', you prolly have seen Jay-R performing as The Godfather of Shock Rock and I honestly believe that he nailed it! The Shock Rock God himself even tweeted his performance (check out his tweet!) and that prompted this three-week-old-last-song-syndrome actually.

Well, the video above is my favourite version of the said song. Enjoy ladies! (^-^)

Burt's Bees Radiance Night Creme with Royal Jelly

I must admit, I am not much fond of moisturisers although I know how important it is for me and my skin. I would moisturise only if I feel like doing so which is like every other day at most. For years now I have used Myra-E Facial Moisturizer (the one in red tube) since it does not feel sticky nor greasy and is easily absorbed by my skin. Lately though, thanks to Sampleroom, I was able to try a sample of Burt's Bees Night Radiance Creme with Royal Jelly.

Here's the product information:

How to use: Use in the evening after cleansing. Smooth over face and neck.

The sample that I got comes in a 7g glass jar. It is only a little bit bigger than a peso coin but don't be fooled by it's size. I have been using this for ten days now and I think, it would still last for a week more!

I also liked it's tangerine scent which is not too strong and it reminds me of summer.

I have a combination type of skin (dry cheeks, oily T-zone) and it feels a bit greasy. Despite that, I love tha…
